How to make pudding cocktail recipe

Ingredients:
glasses 2 martini glasses
equipment cocktail shaker, strainer
2 measures Calvados
3 measures brandy
2 egg yolks
2 teaspoons caster sugar ice cubes
ground cinnamon, to decorate
Method:
Put the Calvados, brandy, egg yolks and caster sugar into a cocktail shaker with some ice cubes and shake until well mixed.
Strain into chilled martini glasses. Light a long taper, hold it over each glass in turn and sprinkle cinnamon through the flame on to the surface of the drink.
For an Apple Posset, an old-fashioned English country drink, warm 500 ml (17 fl oz) of apple juice in a saucepan. Meanwhile, put 1 teaspoon of brown sugar in each of 2 toddy glasses with 2 measures of Calvados.
Divide the apple juice between the mugs, add a cinnamon stick to each one and stir.
