Tony Roma's Blue Ridge Smokies Sauce
Ingredients:
1 c ketchup
1 c apple cider vinegar
1/2 c sugar (brown),packed
1/4 c molasses
1 1/2 t liquid smoke,very optional
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper (black),rounded
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
Method:
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan over high heat, and whisk until smooth.
Bring sauce to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Use on pork spareribs
