2 hot baked potatoes, halved
2 tbsp low-fat fromage frais
15g/½oz/1 tbsp butter
1 x 200g/7oz can baked beans
1 Mash the potato flesh with the fromage frais and butter and spoon back into the shells.
2 Heat the baked beans in a pan for 3–4 minutes. Pile on top of the potatoes.
