How to make zoom cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 old-fashioned glasses
equipment cocktail shaker, strainer
ice cubes
4 measures Scotch whisky
2 teaspoons clear honey
2 measures chilled water
2 measures single cream
Method:
Put 8–10 ice cubes into a cocktail shaker, add the whisky, honey, chilled water and cream and shake well.
Strain into 2 old-fashioned glasses and serve at once.
For a Silky Pin, fill 2 old-fashioned glasses with ice and add 1 measure of Scotch whisky and 1 measure of Drambuie to each one. Stir and serve.
