How to make white russian cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 old-fashioned glasses
equipment cocktail shaker, strainer
12 cracked ice cubes
2 measures vodka
2 measures Tia Maria
2 measures full-fat milk or double cream
Method:
Put half the cracked ice into a cocktail shaker and put the remaining cracked ice into 2 old-fashioned glasses.
Add the vodka, Tia Maria and milk or cream to the shaker and shake until a frost forms on the outside of the shaker.
Strain over the ice in the glasses and serve.
For a Black Russian, a cocktail with a rich coffee flavour, to serve 1, pour 2 measures of vodka into an oldfashioned glass full of ice, add 1 measure of Kahlúa and stir. Decorate with a chocolate stick, if you like.
