How to make vanilla vodka sour cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 martini glasses
equipment cocktail shaker
ice cubes
4 measures vanilla vodka
1 measure sugar syrup
2 egg whites
3 measures lemon juice
10 drops Angostura bitters, to decorate
Method:
Put 8–10 ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Add the vodka, sugar syrup, egg whites and lemon juice and shake until a frost forms on the outside of the shaker.
Pour, without straining, into 2 martini glasses and shake the Angostura bitters on top to decorate.
For a Vodka Collins, shake together 6 ice cubes, 4 measures of vodka, the juice of 2 fresh limes and 2 teaspoons caster sugar. Strain into 2 highball glasses, add fresh ice cubes and top up with soda water.
