How to make tanqstream cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 highball glasses
equipment cocktail shaker, strainer
cracked ice cubes
4 measures Tanqueray gin
4 teaspoons lime juice
6 measures soda water or tonic water
4 teaspoons crème de cassis
To decorate
lime slices
mixed berries
Method:
Put some cracked ice with the gin and lime juice into a cocktail shaker and shake to mix.
Strain into 2 highball glasses, each half-filled with cracked ice. For a dry Tanqstream, add soda water; for a less dry drink, add tonic water. Stir in the crème de cassis, decorate with the lime slices and mixed berries and serve.
For a Gin and Tonic at its best, to serve 1, pour 2 measures of gin and 4 measures of tonic into an oldfashioned glass with plenty of ice cubes and a wedge of lime.
