How to make silk stocking cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 chilled martini glasses
equipment cocktail shaker, strainer
drinking chocolate powder
1½ measures tequila
1½ measures white crème de cacao
7 measures single cream
4 teaspoons grenadine
ice cubes
Method:
Dampen the rim of 2 chilled martini glasses and dip them into the drinking chocolate powder.
Pour the tequila, crème de cacao, cream and grenadine into a cocktail shaker and add 8–10 ice cubes. Shake
vigorously for 10 seconds, then strain into the chilled martini glasses.
For a Sombrero, make a Silk Stocking but without the grenadine. Decorate with some grated nutmeg before serving.
