How to make sapphire martini cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 martini glasses
equipment cocktail shaker, strainer
ice cubes
4 measures gin
1 measure blue Curaçao
red or blue cocktail cherries, to decorate
Method:
Put 8 ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour in the gin and blue Curaçao. Shake well to mix.
Strain into 2 martini glasses and carefully drop a cherry into each glass.
For a Gimlet, another simple gin-based cocktail, to serve 1, mix 2 measures of gin and 1 measure of lime cordial in an old-fashioned glass, and add plenty of ice. Decorate with a wedge of lime.
