How to make rattlesnake cocktail recipe

Ingredients:
glasses 2 old-fashioned glasses
equipment cocktail shaker, strainer
ice cubes, plus extra to serve
3 measures whisky
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar syrup
2 egg whites
few drops Pernod
lime wedges, to decorate
Method:
Put 8–10 ice cubes, the whisky, lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg whites and Pernod into a cocktail shaker and shake extremely well.
Strain into 2 old-fashioned glasses, add some more ice and serve with lime wedges.
For a Kicker, which is one of the simplest whisky-based cocktails, to serve 1, mix 1 measure of whisky with 1 measure of Midori and serve chilled or with ice.
