How to make jaffa cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 chilled martini glasses
equipment cocktail shaker, strainer
ice cubes
2 measures brandy
2 measures dark crème de cacao
2 measures single cream
1 measure Mandarine Napoléon
4 dashes orange bitters
orange-flavoured chocolate shavings, to decorate
Method:
Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add the remaining ingredients and shake until a frost forms on the outside of the shaker.
Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses, decorate with orange-flavoured chocolate shavings and serve.
For a Brandy Alexander, a sweet and creamy after-dinner cocktail, shake together 2 measures each of brandy, dark crème de cacao and single cream. Strain into chilled martini glasses and decorate with some crumbled chocolate flake.
