How to make grasshopper cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 martini glasses
equipment bar spoon
2 measures crème de cacao
2 measures crème de menthe
mint sprigs, to decorate
Method:
Pour the crème de cacao into 2 martini glasses.
Using the back of a bar spoon, float the crème de menthe over the crème de cacao to create a separate layer. Decorate with mint sprigs and serve.
For a Banshee, which is really an alcoholic banana milkshake, shake together 2 measures of crème de cacao with 2 measures of crème de banane, 2 measures of single cream and plenty of crushed ice, then strain into 2 chilled martini glasses.
