How to make gingersnap cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 old-fashioned glasses
ice cubes
6 measures vodka
2 measures ginger wine soda water, to top up
Method:
Put 4–6 ice cubes into 2 old-fashioned glasses.
Pour over the vodka and ginger wine and stir lightly. Top up with soda water and serve.
For a Salty Dog, which has a citrus note, dip 2 old-fashioned glasses in salt then put 2–3 ice cubes into each one. Add 1 measure of vodka to each glass and top up with grapefruit juice.
