How to make cucumber sake-tini cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 chilled martini glasses
equipment mixing glass, strainer
ice cubes
5 measures cucumber-infused sake
3 measures gin
1 measure Curaçao
cucumber slices, to decorate
Method:
Put some ice cubes in a mixing glass with the sake, gin and Curaçao and stir until thoroughly chilled.
Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses, decorate with cucumber slices and serve.
For a Sake-tini, pour 5 measures of sake into a mixing glass with 2 measures of vodka and 1 measure of orange Curaçao. Mix well, then pour into 2 chilled martini glasses.
