Ian's Dry Rub
Ingredients:
1 cup salt
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup paprika
¼ cup garlic powder
¼ cup chili powder
½ cup black pepper
2 teaspoons ground mustard
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and store in a spice jar or other airtight container.
