Self Rising Flour

How to make Self Rising Flour Recipe

1/2 c baking powder
1/4 c baking soda
1/4 c salt
5 lb flour.

Add baking powder, baking soda and salt to flour.

Using 2 large bowls, sift the mixture 3 to 4 times, using the largest sifter that you have, or use a large strainer and a wooden spoon to sift it.

Store at room temperature and use in any recipe that calls for self-rising flour.
