Hopkins House Tomato Rubaiat

How to make Hopkins House Tomato Rubaiat Recipe

2 oz butter, melt
4 T flour
2 c half and half
1 salt, pepper,garlic salt
1 onion salt
12 oz peas, cook,Frozen
20 tomatoes
1 parmesan cheese, grate

Cook butter and flour together until flour is well blended. Add half and half.

Cook until sooth and thickened, stirring constantly. Season with salt, pepper, garlic salt, and onion salt. Add peas.

Cut the tops off the tomatoes and hollow out each tomato.
