Ingredients:
12 ounces finely chopped dark chocolate
¼ cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons raspberry liqueur
Method:
Combine the chocolate and cream in a microwave-safe bowl.
Heat in the microwave on medium heat for 2–3 minutes stopping to stir every 30 seconds. Be careful not to let the chocolate burn.
Pour into a warm crock or fondue pot.
Drizzle with the liqueur. Suggested dippers include graham crackers, fruit, and marshmallows.
Notes:
The Melting Pot motto states: “Dipping is something different!” and this restaurant is a different place to go to treat yourself on a special occasion. Eating out is always a party at the Melting Pot. It is an experience meant to be shared, and an experience like no other. The Big Night Out is a 4-course meal consisting of a cheese fondue, salad, entrée, and dessert fondue. Expect to spend at least 2 hours or more, and the cost can range $30–$60 per person.
