The Melting Pot Dark Chocolate Raspberry Fondue

How to make The Melting Pot Dark Chocolate Raspberry Fondue Recipe - A meal at the Melting Pot can be quite pricey, so here is an easy and inexpensive version of their delicious dessert to make at home.

SERVES 2–4

Ingredients:
12 ounces finely chopped dark chocolate
¼ cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons raspberry liqueur

Method:
Combine the chocolate and cream in a microwave-safe bowl.

Heat in the microwave on medium heat for 2–3 minutes stopping to stir every 30 seconds. Be careful not to let the chocolate burn.

Pour into a warm crock or fondue pot.

Drizzle with the liqueur. Suggested dippers include graham crackers, fruit, and marshmallows.

Notes:
