T.G.I. Friday's Midnight Meltdown
SERVES 1
Ingredients:
Chocolate syrup
1 ounce Finlandia
1 ounce Kahlúa
1 ounce half-and-half
Cherry, for garnish
Coke, for garnish
Method:
Swirl a chilled cocktail glass with chocolate syrup.
Pour Finlandia, Kahlúa and half-and-half into a mixing tin over ice. Shake well and strain into the cocktail glass.
Spear cherries onto a sword toothpick.
Hang it on the rim of the glass and drizzle chocolate over the cherries into the drink.
Garnish with splash of Coke and 2 cherries.
