Subway Veggie Delite Wrap

How to make Subway Veggie Delite Wrap Recipe -  This light and low-calorie option on the menu at Subway is easy to create at home using simple ingredients. You may substitute your favorite vegetables or omit the ones that you don't like in this recipe.


¼ cup refried beans
1 slice of cheese of your choice
1 whole-wheat tortilla
½ cup shredded lettuce
½ cup diced tomato
¼ cup diced onion
4 pickle slices
3 diced olives
2 teaspoons fat-free Italian salad dressing
2 teaspoons honey mustard salad dressing

Spread the refried beans and cheese onto the tortilla.

Place on a plate and microwave for 30–60 seconds, until the cheese melts.

Add the vegetables, pickles, and olives on top of the melted cheese.

Drizzle the salad dressings on top of the vegetables.

Roll up like a burrito.
