Subway Orchard Chicken Salad
¼ cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon juice
½ teaspoon sugar
1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast
½ cup diced celery
1 cup chopped red apples
¼ cup golden raisins or white grapes
¼ cup dried cranberries or cherries
Make the salad dressing in a small bowl by mixing together the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and sugar.
Add the rest of the ingredients to a large bowl.
Pour the yogurt mixture over the chicken mixture. Toss well to mix.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
