Starbucks Tarragon Chicken Salad
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh chopped tarragon
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups ½" cubed cooked chicken
¼ cup finely chopped dried cranberries
1 stalk finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
In a small bowl, create the dressing by combining the mayonnaise, tarragon, and lemon juice. Mix well.
In a medium bowl, add the chicken, cranberries, celery, and onion and lightly toss to mix.
Add the dressing and mix well.
