Starbucks Coffee Frappe
SERVES 2
Ingredients:
18–22 crushed ice cubes
7 ounces chilled double-strength coffee
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons flavored syrup of choice
Whipped cream, for garnish
Method:
Place the ice, coffee, sugar, and syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a large, tall glass. Garnish with whipped cream.
