Olive Garden Strawberries Romano
SERVES 4
Ingredients:
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1/3 cup brown sugar
Juice of 1 orange
1 tablespoon triple sec
1 cup whipped cream
2 quarts quartered strawberries
Fresh mint sprig
Method:
In a mixing bowl, combine the cheese, brown sugar, orange juice, and triple sec and mix thoroughly. Fold in whipped cream.
Place the berries in a dessert dish or wine glass. Top with cream mixture.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and chill until ready to serve.
