Olive Garden Italian Sausage Soup

How to make Olive Garden Italian Sausage Soup Recipe - A wonderfully delicious soup created by the chefs at Olive Garden's Culinary Institute of Tuscany.


1 pound ground sweet Italian sausage
1 (10¾-ounce) can tomatoes
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup white rice
6 cups beef broth
1 (10-ounce) box thawed and drained chopped spinach
Romano cheese, for garnish

Cook the sausage in a soup pot over medium heat for 10–12 minutes. Break the meat up with a fork as it cooks.

Add the tomatoes, rice, broth and black pepper. Bring the pot to a simmer.

Cook 12–15 minutes, or until the rice is tender.

Stir in the chopped spinach and let it simmer for a few minutes.

Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with cheese.
