IHOP Stuffed French Toast
1 loaf of French bread
Splash of milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 (24.2-ounce) tub Philadelphia Ready to Eat Cheesecake Filling
Fresh strawberries or canned strawberry pie filling, for garnish
Whipped cream, for garnish
Slice bread into 1"-thick slices.
Beat eggs in a bowl with milk.
Dip the bread slices into the egg batter.
Add a few pats of butter to a skillet and allow it to melt.
Fry bread 2–3 minutes on each side until slightly brown.
Put a few tablespoons of the cheesecake filling on one piece of the toast.
Top with another slice.
Garnish with sliced strawberries or canned strawberry pie filling. Top with whipped cream.
