Hometown Buffet Spinach Casserole

How to make Hometown Buffet Spinach Casserole Recipe - If you can't get your family to eat their spinach, try this creamy and cheesy casserole recipe.

SERVES 4-6

Ingredients:
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
4 eggs
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2¾ cups heavy cream
2 cups shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
1–2 teaspoons paprika
2 tablespoons butter

Method:
Preheat oven to 375°F.

Grease a medium-size casserole dish.

Thaw and drain the spinach.

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add salt, pepper, and cream. Stir in the spinach and cheese.

Pour into dish. Top with ¼–1 cup of the breadcrumbs and sprinkle generously with paprika. Dot the top butter.

Bake for 35–40 minutes.

Notes:
