Graham Cracker Crust
1-1/2 cups (21 squares) graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup white sugar or packed brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
In a medium-sized bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and butter; blend well. Press firmly into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden. Cool. Makes 1 (9-inch) crust.
You may simply chill pie crust without baking. However, baking produces a better flavor because the crust is toasted. Unbaked crusts sometimes stick to the pie pan.
