El Torito Guacamole

How to make El Torito Guacamole Recipe -  Guacamole is an avocado dip and side dish that has become very popular throughout the restaurant world. Serve it in salads, burritos, and on burgers.


2 halved avocados
1 small crushed diced chili pepper
Juice of ½ lime
½ cup pico de gallo
1 tablespoon garlic powder

Cut open the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the avocado flesh into a mixing bowl.

Add the chili peppers to the avocado, along with the lime juice, and mash with a fork.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

El Torito means “the little bull” in Spanish. The chain specializes in authentic Mexican dishes, and they prepare fresh guacamole tableside.
