Dairy Queen Moolatte
SERVES 2
Ingredients:
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup strong coffee
3 cups ice
2 cups vanilla ice cream
¼ cup milk
Whipped cream, for garnish
Method:
Dissolve the sugar in the coffee and chill until cold.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until the ice is crushed and the drink is smooth.
Pour into 2 (16-ounce) glasses and top with whipped cream.
