Cracker Barrel Banana Pudding
1½ quarts milk
1¼ cups liquid egg substitute
11/8 cups flour
¼ cup vanilla extract
1¼ cups sugar
12 ounces vanilla wafers
1¾ peeled bananas
1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip
Heat the milk in a saucepan to 170°F.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, flour, vanilla, and sugar.
Add the sugar mixture to the milk in the pan.
Cook for 10–12 minutes until it becomes custard like, stirring constantly.
Spread the wafers on the bottom of the baking pan.
Slice the bananas and place over the wafers.
Pour the custard over the wafers and bananas.
Let cool and add Cool Whip to the top.
