Cracker Barrel Baby Carrots
SERVES 4
Ingredients:
¼ cup butter
1 (1-pound) package washed baby carrots
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
Method:
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on medium-low for 35–40 minutes, stirring twice.
