Chili's Mighty Ice Cream Pie
YIELDS 1 PIE
1 Oreo cookie crust
1 (6-ounce) package Heath Bits
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ gallon vanilla ice cream
1/3 cup chocolate fudge topping
1/3 cup caramel topping
Freeze the pie crust, Heath bits, and chips separately. When Heath bits and chips are frozen, chop them in the food processor until fine. Put the pieces back in freezer.
Soften the ice cream just until it's workable so that the bits can be stirred in without the ice cream melting.
Place the lightly thawed ice cream in a chilled mixing bowl and add Heath bits and chocolate chips that have been processed. Stir and mix well.
Place ice cream in frozen pie shell and refreeze for 2–3 hours. Place 1/3 cup of chocolate fudge topping and 1/3 cup of the caramel sauce in two separate bowls and melt both bowls in the microwave on medium heat for 1–2 minutes until slightly melted.
Remove the pie from freezer and stream chocolate and caramel sauce on top of the pie and place it back in the freezer. Freeze for 2–3 hours before serving.
