Chi Chi's Seafood Nachos

How to make Chi Chi's Seafood Nachos Recipe - If you love seafood, this recipe is a must have. This modified nacho recipe is a healthier alternative to the traditionally greasy morsels. Serve them up as a tasty appetizer, a light snack, or even an exciting lunch.

SERVES 2

Ingredients:
16 large tortilla chips
1 (8-ounce) package Louis Kemp Crab Delights
1 (8-ounce) package Louis Kemp Lobster Delights
1 (8-ounce) thawed frozen package salad shrimp
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese

Method:
Spread tortilla chips on a 10″ plate.

Layer the crab, lobster, and shrimp over the chips.

Sprinkle the cheese on top.

Microwave on medium until melted, 1½–2½ minutes.
