How to make Chef Paul Prudhomme's Poultry Magic Recipe

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:
1 1/2 t salt
1/2 t paprika
1/4 t cayenne
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t black pepper,Ground
1/4 t thyme,Dried
1/4 t oregano,Dried
1/4 t rubbed sage
dash cumin

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Store in a covered container. Sprinkle on any poultry to taste.
