California Pizza Kitchen Wedge Salad

How to make California Pizza Kitchen Wedge Salad Recipe -  The classic iceberg wedge salad has become very popular at many restaurants. Why only indulge in this dish at a nice steakhouse when it is so easy to serve at home?


1 head iceberg lettuce
Blue cheese dressing, to taste
2 peeled and chopped hardboiled eggs
6 slices chopped cooked bacon
Blue cheese crumbles, to taste
½ cup chopped tomatoes

Trim off any brown or dark green leaves on the head of lettuce.

Remove the inside core by tapping it on a counter top.

Cut the head of lettuce in half.

Trim the opposite ends so that the lettuce wedge will lay flat.

Top the lettuce with blue cheese dressing.

Add chopped eggs and bacon.

Finish the salad with blue cheese crumbles and tomatoes.
