Boston Market Sweet Potato Casserole

How to make Boston Market Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe - This scrumptious sweet potato casserole gets its fabulous flavor from a sweet crunchy topping.


3 large sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 stick butter, softened

Crunch Topping:
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Boil potatoes for 12–15 minutes until tender. Remove skins when cooled. Put into a large bowl.

Add the sugar, eggs, and butter and whip until fluffy.

Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.

In a separate bowl, combine all the ingredients for the crunch topping. Add to the top of the casserole.

Bake for 45 minutes.
