Boston Market Corn Bread

SERVES 8–10

Ingredients:
1 (9-ounce) box corn muffin mix
1 (9-ounce) box yellow cake mix

Method:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a large mixing bowl, prepare the corn muffin mix according to the directions on the box.

In another large mixing bowl, prepare the cake mix according to the directions on the box.

Pour the cake mix into the corn muffin mix and stir well.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9″ × 12″ × 2″ pan and bake for 30–35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
