Benihana Ginger Salad Dressing

How to make Benihana Ginger Salad Dressing

Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients:
1/2 c onion,Minced
1/2 c peanut oil
1/3 c rice vinegar
2 T water
2 T fresh ginger,Minced
2 T celery,Minced
2 T ketchup
4 t soy sauce
2 t sugar
2 t lemon juice
1/2 t garlic,Minced
1/2 t salt
1/4 t black pepper

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until all of the ginger is well-pureed. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
