Arby's Roast Beef Sandwich
SERVES 4
Ingredients:
1 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
1 can beef broth
Butter, for brushing
4 plain hamburger buns
Arby's Barbecue Sauce (see below)
Method:
Place the roast beef and broth in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 1–2 minutes, until warm.
Add a light coating of butter to the inside of the bun and toast lightly in a skillet.
Place the warm roast beef on the bun. Pile as high as you like.
Add the barbecue sauce on top of the beef.
