Newfie Fries
How to make Newfie Fries Recipe - Another Canadian fry favorite, this time from Newfoundland. Newfie fries are a Thanksgiving dinner on the go.
Ingredients:
1 recipe Essential Fries, Drive-in Fries, or Homestyle Fries
1 box prepared sage stuffing mix
2 cups cooked green peas
3 cups turkey gravy
Method:
On 6 individual serving plates, divide the prepared french fries. Cover with 1/2 cup stuffing and 1/3 cup peas. Pour 1/2 cup hot gravy over the fries, stuffing, and peas, and serve immediately.
