Ingredients:
4 burger buns
Lettuce
Tomatoes, thinly sliced
Cucumber, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons mustard or mayonnaise
2 slices of cheese
1 tablespoon margarine
300 grams canned tuna
100 grams bread flour
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 chicken eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
Method:
1. Tuna burger: Mix all ingredients until well blended. Divide dough into 4 parts. Form until rounded and flattened.
2. Heat margarine in a skillet. Fry burger until cooked.
3. Take burger buns and add a piece of cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, tuna burger, and mustard or mayonnaise. Serve.
