Ingredients:
4 small burger buns
Lettuce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon margarine
50 grams mozzarella cheese, diced
50 grams feta cheese, diced
50 grams cream cheese
50 grams breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk powder
Method:
1. Cheeseburger: Mix all ingredients until well blended. Divide dough into 4 parts. Make into a small round shape and flatten.
2. Heat margarine in a frying pan. Fry burgers until cooked on both sides.
3. Serve with burger bun, tomato sauce, and lettuce.
