Ingredients:
4 burger buns
Cucumber, thinly cut
Tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard or mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cooking oil
4 boiled chicken eggs, peeled and chopped
1 egg
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
½ teaspoon nutmeg powder
½ teaspoon salt
Method:
1. Mix chopped egg and breadcrumbs. Stir well. Add an egg, salt, and nutmeg. Mix well
2. Divide dough into 4 pieces and make shapes round and flattened.
3. Heat pan with cooking oil. Cook egg mixture.
4. Bake buns in a pan and stack with vegetables, tomato sauce, and mustard or mayonnaise, then burger. Serve.
