Ingredients:
4 burger buns
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
Lettuce
Onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon margarine
400 grams peeled shrimp, pureed
2 tablespoons plain flour
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
2 egg yolks
½ teaspoon pepper powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ tablespoons sesame oil
½ teaspoon salt
Method:
1. Shrimp burger: Mix all burger ingredients until well blended.
2. Divide into 4 parts. Form into round shapes and flatten.
3. Heat margarine and fry burgers until cooked and golden brown.
4. Grease bun with margarine. Arrange lettuce, shrimp burger, barbeque sauce, and onion. Serve.
