Ingredients:
4 burger buns
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Lettuce
Scallions, thinly sliced
Red and green paprika pepper, thinly sliced
4 slices of cheese
300 grams tofu, mashed
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 egg yolks
1 leek, finely sliced
1 tablespoon fried onion, chopped
½ teaspoon nutmeg powder
1 tablespoon pepper powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon margarine
Method:
1. Tofu burger: Mix together all ingredients except margarine until well blended. Form into 4 parts. Make rounded and flattened.
2. Heat margarine and fry burgers until cooked.
3. Grease bun with margarine. Arrange lettuce and tofu burgers. Apply mayonnaise and add slices of cheese, scallions, and pepper. Serve.
