Ingredients:
4 burger buns
Lettuce
Cucumber, thinly sliced
Tomato, thinly sliced
Onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons mustard or mayonnaise
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon margarine
300 grams lean minced beef
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon minced onion
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
Method:
1. Burgers: Mix all ingredients until well blended. Divide the mixture into 4 parts. Make a flattened spherical shape. Set aside.
2. Heat the margarine in a skillet. Fry the burgers until cooked on both sides.
3. Grease the bun with mustard or mayonnaise and ketchup. Stack the burgers with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and onion. Serve.
