Ingredients:
500 grams cooked rice, made into 8 flattened balls
Lettuce
Burger:
4 50-gram snapper fillets
1 egg
50 grams bread flour
50 grams plain flour
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
Oil for frying
Sauce:
½ tablespoon onion, chopped
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
½ teaspoon salt
150 milliliters boiled water
Method:
1. Burger: Mix well all ingredients except fish. Coat fish evenly with mixture.
2. Heat oil. Fry fish until cooked.
3. Sauce: Sauté onion and flour until fragrant. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, and salt. Add water. Mix well until thickened.
4. With rice already roasted, insert fish burger. Add sweet/sour sauce.
