How to make Sunburst Smoothie Recipe - enjoy this scrumptious green smoothie perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up. Surprisingly sweet sunflower sprouts add to the abundant sugar content of pear and banana. Both integrate seamlessly with the nutty flavor of chlorella and sunflower seeds. In addition, sunflower seeds and their sprouts are rich in zinc, which supports skin clarity and elasticity. An added bonus of including sunflower sprouts is that they are 25 percent protein!
