How to make lobster on south beach cocktail recipe

Ingredients:
glasses 2 highball glasses
equipment food processor
2 measures white rum
2 measures coconut rum
2 measures mango purée
4 measures mandarin juice (fresh, if possible)
2 measures coconut cream
8 pineapple chunks
crushed ice
To decorate
pineapple leaves
mango slices
Method:
Put the white and coconut rums, mango purée, mandarin juice, coconut cream and pineapple chunks into a food processor with some crushed ice and blend.
Transfer to 2 large highball glasses, decorate with pineapple leaves and mango slices and serve.
For a Piña Colada, a world-famous cocktail, which was created by a bartender in Puerto Rico in 1957, put 2 measures of white rum, 4 measures of coconut cream and 4 measures of pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker.
Shake lightly, then strain into 2 highball glasses, decorate with a slice of orange and serve.
